I successfully graduated from the Vocational school – pharmaceutical in Banska Bystrica and I have a son Denis, who is 8 years old. I have been connected with sport activities ever since my childhood. I started with light athletics that I did for 8 years. After that the bodybuilding was the next (3 years).
A competition trend put focus on the building of big muscles that I did not like. Afterwards I continued with aerobics (2 years). The whole time I felt that the sport was not giving me what I imagined. I found it in fitness, which I have been doing ever since.
In 1998 I improved so much that I got the trust of SAKST the same year and was nominated to the European Championship. I paid back the trust of the association by winning the title of the European Champion. I have been cooperating with one of the best Slovak trainers Svetozar Pavlik in my competing career. I have gained experience that is irreplaceable investment in this sport.
At fitness not only do I like comparison of figures, but also I put emphasis on free exercises at which a competitor can show what they can do on the stage. Fitness for me is not only exercise, but also it is a question of strong will, extremely big determination, a beautiful and healthy body. Our objectives force us to always go forward and that´s the secret of constant progress. Fitness is a challenge, it is a difficult journey, but this makes the results beutiful. To be fit is a question of choice and wanting, it is never too late to begin. The health and sport can become your future too.
